There has been many improvements at Vanns Tavern Park. But the greatest improvement has been the involvement of the people that visit Vanns. With the help all of you Vanns cleanliness and look has improved immensely. Boards that float up on shore are collected and recycled into benches. AAS trash barrels have replaced most trash bags. Existing benches and pavilion seating will soon be rebuilt. These are some of the improvements and we hope to continue to improve Vanns. (Adopt A Shoreline is working on approval with the Corp to rebuild the existing lawn benches and seating at the pavilion. Approval received FEB 2016. Benches completed April 29 2016.
